“ I was here for lunch on a rainy day. A perfect day for tasty hearty warm broth. So, I ordered their large size pho bo and the broth was indeed tasty and (super hot it burned the roof of mg mouth at first but then it become) warm. They didn’t serve it with a lot of aromatic herbs (like Thai basils and coriander etc) which I often prefer, but it was aromatic nonetheless. The coriander was chopped finely so you’d taste it here and there while slurping the broth and noodles. The noodles were a bit too hard for my taste, I feel like they didn’t cook long enough (for my liking). The topping okay, meat was okay.. not the most generous bur it was okay. And I love that they give us this side pickled chilli which (for spicy food lover) elevated the savoury broth added spicy and tangy kick. Service was quick and friendly and place was nice. I’ll come again just for the broth :). ”
